which do you think is the best contrast setting in t68i so as pictures to be as good in quality as they can?

i use -1 it's pretty gd to me (on my t300)

Where do u adjust it?under the service menu or under the settings menu?me its 0 on d settings menu and its -2 under the service menu.

It depends on what kind of screen you have because not one of the screens is the same. If you hold 2 T68i with the same contrast settings next to eachother you could see a huge difference between the screens.
