I have been using a sony Ericsson K 750 i phone and my phone numbers are stored in the phone. Recently I bought a Nokia N 97 but I am not able to transfer the phone book through blue tooth as only one entry is transfered as a business card and even I am not able to transfer the data to my laptop also as only the first entry in the phone book is transfered as a business card or the only option I have is to enter the phone numbers manually

Export it from your old phone to your sim card, then import from your sim card to your new phone...

Try MPE - My Phone Explorer and see if that works to export the contacts individually.
