How do I increase speaker volume on K800? |

my k800i has a very low volume during calls, i can hardly hear the person on the other end unless i use handsfree. Does any1 know how i can increase this volume. Don't say use the volume buttons during call,tried that already

Maybe the speaker has a problem.
