Will the gprs-settings still be in the phone if i do a master reset?

no... all settings are erased when doing a master reset... it's back to the stage it was when delivered from the factory.

I'm not so sure. I got my sons T300 from Belgium and whilst working out the best way to maximise the memory I did a couple of master resets and each time the GPRS and WAP settings of the company we bought it from were restored into the phone. They were fully deletable but they did reappear each time.

The firmware was R1D011 if I remember right. I was told that some comms companies customise their firmware and thus the firmware revision gets a different last three digits. Not sure how true that is.

Interestingly, it is a james bond special version and that stuff is restored after each master reset too.

if the settings are loaded on to the phone at factory it will not be deleted no... for example the Bond Edition, and some network providers which uses a customized firmware... but this is not used for phones sold here in Sweden

yeah, I'm wondering if all this stuff will be lost when we get the phone upgraded to R1F. I assume so. Fortunately I backed up all the specific james bond stuff just in case.
