Hey I found this on ebay earlier. Its pretty cheap so I'd wonder how legit it is, but if anyone wants to take a chance go for it.

I think they are from Austria. They also send via COD. There is no problem.

The plot thickens, as it says USA clearly on ebay site info, i sent an email asking clear simple questions & i got a reply that totaly ignored my line inquiry & went on about a load of obvious crap.
What software is yours & whats the date of manufacture on the label under the battery, should be easy to answer, if you don`t mind ??

Heh good luck with it. Here is another I found for $610 USD. Again I wonder how legit it is since the seller started with 25 of them but has no feedback as a seller.

I decided that it sounded like a scam and didn't bite. Then today I got this email:

7th. Someone calling himself/herself Golum, Kolea
Frasim or Pascual Mercedes (I will refer to him/her as
The Rat Bastard from here on out) ran an auction on
Ebay (Item # 3006996917) selling New Sony Ericsson
P800 Unlocked GSM Tri-Band phones. Unfortunately
some of you bid on these and eventually paid The Rat
Bastard.
Both Yahoo! and Ebay were slow in responding to my
complaints and only sent computer generated responses
to my inquiries. I have finally re-accessed my Yahoo!
account and am now trying to warn as many of you as
possible. As of February 10, I have yet to hear from
Ebay.

Well i got the email also, it seems the guy is opperating from Austria, what i find worrying is our dear friend @sinop1985 must be part of the fraud, as he CLAIMED to have bought one,
They are so crap at being convincing are`nt they, but then if they were clever they wouldn`t have to risk their freedom to get a living would they

Yeh i had emailed that guy too and got the same response, i thought he was way too dodgy to buy off especially after i looked at his feedback and saw he sold only etopps!!, but his price was soo good, when i told him how dodgy i thought he was he goes, "it's your call". and that was it. oh well, i'm just glad i didn't buy off him. about the country thing though, dont some sellers say they live somewhere else so it comes up the local search???

Dont be scammed only buy from verified users and verified Paypal users its a + if there business verified "like myself" im a retailer and selling my demo. Ill send COD to USA. On that threat that read COD from Australia thats a bunch of BULL$$. There is no such thing as COD overseas but there is one shipping company that does it but it is very very risky and expensive "not escrow" but simular. Well check my auction out its pritty fair price. Im in Dallas, Texas if you want to do local pickup. And any unique pics to show you the phone is in my hand ill do!
