Hi..
i like to purchase a new phone which must have the following features..
Bluetooth
Wifi
3 or higher mp cam with xenon flash
touch screen
3g
and other common features..
Please give me some suggestions

What's your budget?
Do you want a touchscreen smartphone or an easy to use feature phone?
You might be ineterested in K800 (3MP with xenon flash)
or the better version - C901 (5MP with xenon)
unfortunately doesn't have wifi .

As he already has K800i i guess that would not be an option.
The wind is in the direction of ANDROID so i guess that might be a good go ?

my budget is around 12000-Rs |

In your budget, the latest x8 fits provided you are willing to put some money in. Otherwise, sorry to say, keep using k800i and keep pushing your budget for some extraordinary phone in future. C901 is the best option but is not available in India.
