CEBIT... is it more a trade show or a consumer show? |

As I am working in Frankfurt I am thinking of taking a day off and going up to CEBIT near Hannover but I am wondering if it is a show more for the trade or is there plenty there for the consumer to see and/or buy?
Assuming my interests are in mobile phones, notebook PCs, GPS, gadgets in general how long should I plan for it to take me to go around the show.
Finally, which day of the show would be the best for me as a consumer?
thanks! |

' Been there last year for the whole 12 days of the expo and i have to say i've never seen anything like it.It's the biggest expo show on telecomunications and u r lucky they hold it in Germany and not some place else.It should take u 2 days to visit 'em all if u r an organised person, cuz the expo is as big as a city sector.
I would recomend u to go and see it- u can try or/and buy whatever u like ( with or without a subscription) both as a visitor or consumer.
The ticket for the whole 12 days was 78 euro and it was like 10 euro per day if u didn't want free pass daily. From Frankfurt the rapid train was also like 50 euro...it worth every cent,:)
