Does the P800 have the ability to be always discoverable? I sometimes find it annoying that, if I want to search to see which bluetooth devices are in range of my computer, my T68i won't appear (unless I have done the "discoverable for 3 minutes" thing).

Does it have a "On" position for the Bluetooth to always be on?

You have 4 options on BT.
1. Off
2. Automatic
3. On
4. Discoverable

Try changing the setting to "On".

I've got a P800 and SE HCB-30 BT Carkit. It needs BT on phone to be "On" to pair and transfer sound to carkit.

I also needed the "On" setting to dialup email via BT from an Ipaq Pocket PC.

@Froddan, does the "4. Discoverable" option mean that the Bluetooth is enabled and the device is discoverable permanently (i.e., not just for 3 minutes)?
