I am looking to sell a couple of my old phones and wondering how much interest there would be in these. I will put up pics later after work.
Both are locked to O2. The Desire can be unlocked by people on eBay for around £7 and the iPhone's baseband will be unlockable in the next release of Redsn0w (which is due out a few days after iOS 4.2).
I'd ideally like to sell them both together so if anyone wants them both I'll do them for £555 including P&P (UK Only).

Both phones are in excellent condition and the iPhone comes with two hard cases.
