X8 vs. X10 mini

Camera:
3.2MP fixed focus without LED flash vs. 5MP autofocus with LED flash

Screen size and resolution:
3" HVGA vs. 2.55" QVGA

Battery:
1200mAh vs. 930mAh(non-removable)

Accessories you get:
MH610 handsfree(or worse) vs. MH810(if included in your country)

Color:
White with changeable back covers vs. Black with changeable back covers

Size, weight and price, of course.
HVGA means more software supported.

I hope I haven't forgotten anything important.

I haven't got a chance to compare but it should be more or less the same.

X10 Mini will perform a bit faster cuz it has a smaller screen to power so there's less demand on the CPU

As I am an X8 owner I can say this. The only few things which are better than the Mini is the screen res,the nice white design & better battery. The X8 has been a let down in that I find it laggy & the touch screen is no way as near as responsive as the Mini. Camera is obviously worse, texting is extremely fiddly & the last one I am sure there is one but I forget

sry mate but i have the x8 ,nothing that you say is true ,the screen is very responsive unless you r running 7-12 applications at once.the camera is very good when there is enough light (forget night shots).texting is not bad by any means and i have large hands especially in landscape it's very good even in portrait it's not that bad.
use advanced task killer and the phone is very zappy

sans the camera the x8 is a way better than x10 mini unless you prefer the small size of course.

sry mate that the phone didn't meat your requirements but for the price it's amazing.

I think Bonovox was comparing the X8 with the X10 mini... and from what I read he had them both .... so he has the right to say what he thinks about both phones... It might be that bono's phone needs an update but he knows a phone or two and I like his honest answers.

I've got both and there's no doubt the X10 mini is superior, both in terms of features and speed.

I am not the sort of person who runs many apps at all. I actually hardly use apps. But compared to the Mini it is not as responsive to me at all. I tried updating no update yet but also I find that sometimes when entering into main menu the icons tends to jerk a little. It is not as smooth as the Mini at which for me is a shame cos it's anice little model the X8 although I still have it

i have both phones also and i didn't mean any offense but IMHO x8 is better, there is indeed no updates (hoping 2.1 will be soon ).performance wise x8 has some lags but they are few and far between at least on my phone and they don't ruin the experience at all.the mini is great phone but too small for my hands ;D.

by the way have you checked the 2.1 discussion on xda it's getting crazy over there last time i checked it was 215+ pages,it's really funny and exciting.

Besides, the camera, there's really only the keypad on the X10 mini which is a lot better than the keyboard on the X8. And the speed of course. X10 mini is considerably faster.
