Definitively I'd go for the Galaxy S. Better battery which affects internet, video and music playback. Has more internal memory.

If you don't care too much about camera, then go for the Galaxy.

No, I don't. But according its specs and a friend who owns one, it is the best choice here.

i own an SGS, and i must tell you, it is awesome.

for starters, the processor is incredibly fast. everything goes as smooth as butter, and to top it all, doing a simple lagfix while using just eclair, triplicates the OS responsiveness.... and i am just talking mostly about the software...

Samsung galaxy s2 proves to be the best phone in the range of tablet phone series. It has got a screen of 4.3 inches and yet it does not bulky or big or hard to handle in your palms. i love Samsung galaxy s2.

According to me you should go for Samsung Galaxy S. It has best features with 1650 mAh battery. It has a 5 megapixel auto focus camera which is capable of shooting high definition video. [addsig]

well, it all depends on your budget and what features of the phone you use more, from camera to calling to apps to widgets to internet to multitalking, once again they both are extremly strong powerd android smartphones but due to the endless featured of the 'galaxy s' these phones arent comparable. This is what i feel so!
