nope. I hang onto it with extra special carefulness as I do all my gadgets (especially the expensive ones!)

@ Masseur, You agree that it`s possible for accidents to happen though don`t you ? or are you saying that ALL accidents are neglect.

dropped the phone 2x- dropped my headset- constantly.

first time, dropped it on the sidewalk. no bounce. - snow broke the fall. no damage. - now I use the little leash all the time

second time- off the night stand. I tried to find it in the dark. fell on the hardwood floor. woke up my girlfriend. no damage.

my headset falls off all the time.

@atomicboyjr, i used the leash after i dropped it & i found if you pick the phone up quick the leash can get caught on something & resulting in the phone being snatched out of your hand which is even worse, so i ditched the leash.

Never dropped my P800... that's my constant fear! Tried it with the strap... works fine but I don't like the way it looks... works best if you always grab the strap first before the phone.

My HBH-30 has fallen quite a number of times, but it was in it's holster, so no damage to the unit itself. The holster belt clip isn't as snug as I'd want it to be...keeps slipping off my belt!
