X10 Mini Camera |

Have you guys noticed the images taken with the X10 mini is around 500KB ? Where as it is around 1.5MB with a C902 ?
I would like to have more details with my pics, the Mini's compression is too harsh on objects like distant tree leaves and the White balance is somewhat inaccurate, color temperature is low 
Have you found a better alternative camera app ? Probably with Manual white balance ?
I have tried Vignette and CameraZoom360 , but CameraZoom360's white balance doesn't work

the c seriers is cybershot.. and to explan it simple c-phones are a camera with mobile functions
and all others like the x10 mini is a phone with camera functions. (not aimed to be the best camera) if you want a good camera phone you should have keept your C-model.

C'mon, your X10 has all the features I mentioned ain't it ?

yeah but i don't think my x10i has a good camera to be honest. outdoor it's good but as soon as you come indoor/low light it's useless

i dont used x10mini in photo shooting. i know it has some good shot. but sometimes we want to some adjust the settings that the mini don't have.
like this photo. i can't adjust the exposure here

Yes! Image quality is better than the C902, but in some conditions the lack of Manual settings give you the pain in the a$$$, like absence of manual white balance, manual exposure, and when it comes to bleeding light effect C902 does a better job

I know... it gets frustrating
gayannr, I did find a workaround though. It's a carry-over from an old DSLR trick.
Point at an area where the camera exposes correctly, half press... AE will lock, then AF will start to hunt for focus... while it's focusing, quickly move the camera to the subject you want to frame. AF will then lock, while keeping the original exposure you first locked onto.
It takes some getting used to but I've found it handy while there is no camera app with at least Av or Tv controls.
