@jamie dude sa phone ko ndelete eh..ala pa ako copy nun sa memory card..
@boss goarthur nagamit ko na xa.. meron na po ako nyan.. nid ko po sana ung application sa nokia S60..ung pede mkarecover ng files sa fone.. tnx |

Good pm. Mga master!
Ask ko lang po paano ko marerecover yung mga files na delete sa USB during virus scanning. Avira po yung anti-virus ko, pagkatapos ko nagscan ng usb lumabas yung mga report then i clicked ok. Oh my after that i checked my USB hoping to eradicate those virus my gawd pati yung mga important files ko nadala. Nawala please help naman how can i recover those files.

@lex, if it is a document, try to recover it from the quarantine kung na move mo lang sya, then open the document and copy the content to a new document and save and delete it again...(yung infected ha?) But if it is a command file or an executable file then better to download or have a new one...
One more nga pala, try to view hidden files muna at baka na-hide lang ng virus ang original file at ang na-delete mo ay ang new generated trojan file...

Pardon me if im not a tech savvy baka mag sound ignorante ako dito hehehe.
I will describe na lang haha.
Yung mga file na nawala is yung mga folder containing pictures and documents, i noticed yung virus na naka infected sa USB ko ginagaya niya yung name ng folder notable yung .exe the folder's name is abc and inside the folder may folder din na abc pero kung iki-click mo yung properties .Exe siya eh. so i assume the whole files were also deleted.
Plus. Yung anti-virus hindi iniinstall. Hindi ko alam saan pumupunta ang mga napunta hay. Paano ko po kya marerecover ito. |

Yup, trojan yun lex, ginagaya nya ang original folder mo pero executable sya, then thinking yun yung folder mo at once ma-click mo sya ay kinakalat nya ang kanyang kamandag....but try to look deeper, dahil yung nadelete ng AV mo ay ang executable files which is yun ang virus, ibig sabihin, nandyan pa rin ang orig folders and files mo. Open your my computer, click Tools>Folder Options and click View tab and check show hidden files and folders...
Pero kung wala ka talagang makita, then you're out of luck na talaga...

May mga hidden files ang pero hindi ko makita pag shino-show
anong software ba ang pwedeng magrecover ng mga files na hindi nais madelete. Hehe yung mga gamit ng sa cellphone forensic hehehe mala SOCO haha

@lex, try to download Tune Up Utilities 2010 or Recuva HERE, those are file recovery softwares.
Pagka ganon na di mo na makita ang files mo na hidden, then possibly dinisable na ng virus ang show hidden files option mo, all you have to do is to get your HD out of your unit, have it connected in another unit as a SLAVE and scan it, or the worst case is you have to do a total reformat to have a fresh OS...  (From USB problem to HD Reformatting? Ang layo ano? But that's maybe the worst case scenario.)
