Hi all,

Just wanted to inform ALL here in this place that I had a very bad experience with SymbianOn.
I purchased a rather expensive piece of S/W that didn't deliver something that was very crucial to me.
SymbianOn support was very quick in replying prior my order that their S/W is capable of dealing with my crucial requirement. THEY ALSO ADVERTISED THEIR 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
After the payment, I got the S/W but it SIMPLY didn't deal with my requirement.
Thus, I sent them many emails asking for a solution (that to me seems impossible) or my money back (based on the guarantee).
Guess what: they never reply and they never refund me (48USD !!!!).

Please advise me what should I do.
