Hi all,
I want to charge my phone when I'm in office, so I bought these USB retractable chargers, Chargers...
Is there any issues with these chargers, I'm a bit reluctant about the voltage of these devices compared to original SE USB charging cable,
Are they bad for the battery ??

There are no electronics in SE usb cables and the phone can charge from USB 5 volts/500mA no worries - so any standard USB micro cable (with connections for the usb power rail) should do the job.

Those cylinders are a sort of filters I think.

@gayannr, that's an EMI (electromagnetic interference) suppressor - to protect data transmission against stray electromagnetic fields. Unless there was an extremely strong EM Field (for example a nuclear bomb going off in the near vicinity), these suppressors have no bearing on power delivery.
As a general rule, don't wrap your usb cables with other power carrying cables (while in use) and you will be fine.
