I have noticed that the SE X10, X10 mini & mini pro, ELM, Hazel with the same camera sensor. Because the quality totaly same. Also, i have saw that the Sony's new phone camera sensor with same technique construction, and there are with 5MP,8MP, and 14MP...., ans also this kind new camera sensor can support HD video Cam up to 1080. I saw this at Sony Official Website.
