Is it possible to use your T68i IrDA port at a TV remote control?
I know it sounds stupid, but it would be cool, as I always lose the remote, and also at i can control my mates TV to get him pissed off
Is this a dream or a memory?

The firmware on the T68i doesn't include an option to program the infrared port - besides, the range is so short, you might as well reach over and press the button on the TV.

@Cophia

Obviously the original question was not a smart one... but I don't agree with your range statement. I've successfully used my IR port on both my t39 and t68i to approx 4m (12 ft). That should be good enough distance for remote controlling your TV from most couches.

Why not just get a casio wristwatch with tv remote control. That way, you can control any tv and make people wonder a lot.
