t68's are great but its weird how its practically the first phone we have that "crashes". When it does, everyone always says remove the battery and turn it back on. I don't know if much of you know this, but instead of removing the battery, do a "hard-reset". Which is holding the off button for 8-10 seconds, no matter where it froze or how long it froze, this will always work.

old: remove battery
new: hold down off button for 10 seconds

maybe a lot of you know this, but a lot of the posts i've read no one mentions it.
