OK, I've been thinking this over, and with the EricsClient software, in theory, it is possible to use only 1 log on a single phone forever for firmware upgrade purposes. If you think about it, all it is doing is getting the special boot info to put that particular phone into service mode. All it really has to do is save the info it uses to boot the phone in a file and load it up whenever you want to put it into service mode again. It seems like a waste of money to pay the extra money on logs when all you're doing is getting the same info to boot the phone every time.
With that in mind, does anyone have source code to the EricsClient program? I'd like to fiddle around with it if possible and see if my theory works.
