Hi,
dont know why this can be usefull, because changing shortcut to something else i do not know how to dial number then.  )

Change this two lines to change icon.

And this line is what we need to change for other program to start
0x1400a int 0xyour_program_UID 0
You need to do everything like in Raafat tutorial just make changes on this file. Because on original file you can't change dialler shortcut just making changes in values.

I wrote in first comment that that you need to do like in raafat tutorial, just didn't gave link to raafat tutorial.
And about first shortcut in that topic I can't find anything. I'm not taking credit for 2nd,3rd,4th shortcut. Just made tutorial how to change 1st.
