Phone is used but in mint condition comes with protec black ice case and extra silicone case. Screen protector since day 1.
Phone is unlocked and jailbroken
Please note if you update the phone in itunes you will lose the unlock and jailbreak but im sure most of you know the new firmware is jailbreakable and unlockable quite easily.
