Now this is going to sound odd but......

I am a mini cab driver and last night my office manager announced that they would not be calling drivers with Lyca Mobiles and Lebara Mobiles as he had a massive bill on his T Mobile business mobile that he uses for phoning drivers.

Now I assumed that Mobile to Mobile tariffs were all standardised ??? Especially as his T Mobile business tariff has a boat load of free time.

The manager was less than helpful when I asked him, replying he got an £800 bill due to drivers on the Lebara/Lyca service.

Anyone care to comment, or shed some light on this ???

What do you mean about the mobile to mobile tarrif?
It would cost him the same to ring you on Lebara than it would for example Orange, but that's the idea of business contracts, everyone in the company goes on it and gets cheap/free calls to each other ....

I did not make myself clear enough.

The office has a T Mobile buisness contract mobile to phone the drivers or customers.

But since Friday he now states he will no longer call Lyca Mobiles or Lebara Mobiles as they are charging too much for the calls.

I assumed that mobile to mobile tariffs were all the same pricing within your free minutes or outside of em, I have searched the web but not found anything that points to the 2 mentioned networks charging a higher rate.

If I phone one of the mentioned networks I get charged the same as phoning Vodaphone or T Mobile.
