I have it, Switzerland. Paid 370 Swiss Francs (250?), including the advanced audio mute (HCE-16); but was a special price, though. Retail-price here is 450 CHF => 300?, w/o HCE-16.
www.myhandy.ch has details. But I don't think thy deliver internationally.

It's availible here in Sweden. I've seen it for ~2000 SEK ( ~210 Euro, ~ $220) on www.jt.nu (site is in swedish though).
