are you using the original OM bro? i suggest you use the modified OM4.2, set your proxy to server4.operamini.com at port 80 then in your OM handler settings, set http server to http://freesite/ (a site where you can browse free in your country) and there you go....

in setting up your connection you should take note of 3 keypoints.
ACCESS POINT(APN)
PROXY SERVER ADDRESS (PSA)
PORT
in your case ur using a common se phone that these keypoints are easy to find,just go to 'internet settings'>create new apn and fill those up.
Im not that familiar w/ k series but it should'nt have any major differences w/ wseries where im more familiar.
As for what to fill, it depends on where you're at,you should've stated it earlier. And if you happen to be here in phil. you are lucky coz i cn help you w/ the settings.
After setting up your phone use your preferred om version (i suggest om 5 handler or multiop,and for low ends i suggest 5.1)
