Cannot open Inbox in k800i |

Hello Guys,i have k-800i device,i cannot open my inbox,sent items or drafts.It is not highlighted at all.Similarly when i send the messages to this device.it doesn't show any notfication or does not receive messages.What could be the problem?
How can be rectified?

Reset the device. (Restore factory settings)

Hello Sir, i tried the options of restore and restore all settings in the master reset.Nothing worked out.
Will the firmware update will be the solution.Soory for my late reply
