cannot clear cache on satio think i have a virus please help |

was on a couple of web sites and then tried to clear all privacy details but phone keeps freezing. Tried restartin it and i cleared cookies fine, cleared history fine, form password fine, but cache keeps freezing my phone. Is there software i can get to clear out my phone. Any help appreciated Thanks.

The only way you can get a virus on Symbian phones is if you installed it and I doubt that as you would have had a couple of boxes popping up asking for your permission.
If you've got rather a lot in your cache it can take a while to delete everything but if it genuinely is freezing I would imagine you need go reinstall the firmware. You can also manually delete the cache, it's located in c:/system/cache but you'll need to install a file manager like y-browser or x-plore first. |

Lmfao i think you would no if you had a virus on a symbian phone (or any phone!)

yeah do what hamera suggested. Install xplore and manually delete cache folder then you are ready again.its not a virus:) |
