I am M1(GPRS activated) subscriber but I want to set up my Singnet e-mail account to my T68, pls help!

Roberto, go to Singtel shop in Crown Prince Hotel in Orchard Road. They will set it up for you for free. Mine works fine after going there.

anyone using pre-paid card over a circuit-switches data? can you download e-mail too using normal CSD?

yeah, you could. but it's going to be expensive. voice call rates will apply, add to that the cost of your ISP service.
