Hey everyone,
Since the unlocking is (finally) a success, I've hit the second bump with the Satio.
Installing the drivers for XP (SP3) wasn't quite as easy as with my all my previous SE's. (K800i/C902/C905 etc)
Anyways, I've updated the PC Suite, because I wasn't able to download the drivers myself. The idea behind is was to use MyPhoneExplorer to restore the backup from my C905 to the Satio.
Now comes the strange part. After a few tries, the SE PC suite finally managed to install the drivers. Windoze started to act strangely while installing the drivers. My bluetooth dongles (one for the phone, one for my Logitech MX5500 set) stopped working for a minute, a dozen windows "connecting USB device" sounds etc.
After that PC Suite connected fine, BUT, when I connect the satio in PC Suite mode Winamp just closes immediatly. At first it gave an error message which started wining about Lame_Enc.dll not being signed by Windoze. I've renamed the DLL but the problem was still there, as in that Winamp immediatly shuts down the Satio is connected.
Has anyone had the same experience? I also get errors about some disk which isn't inserted when using USB devices?
Windoze was running just fine until I installed the crappy drivers from SE...
