Yes I know many of you won't like this and we will get many different answers to this but please tell what the best camera phone is so far.

I think some of you may not agree but my vote goes to Samsung Memoir. Considering I was only able to use the phone for a short period of time before selling it to timtechs to get a different phone, IMHO, it's better than what I have experienced with Aino |

As no person has had the opportunity, to test all types of camphones, ever produced, people will only be able to say, which is the best camera phone they've actually owned.
This topic is going to be full of biased opinions, otherwise.

For what I've seen, it must be Pixon 12.
See my photos taken with the C902, Satio or E72 in here! |

By far SE C905! 8.1MP, with the strongest xenon flash on a phone (it's a T-series Cybershot cam flash). Much better than Satio.

Yes I know that would happen but it's still nice to see the over all view.
Buy a real camera... I would never carry a "real" camera with me all the time as with the phone.

Seriously, Nokia N8, soon to be released.
It has the biggest sensor of all mobile phones, even bigger than certain type of digicam.
I hope Sony Ericsson will fight back with their new flagship.

the n8 could still turn out a turkey.. Just because it has a bigger sensor, doesn't mean it'll be the best. .the s.e. Elm takes remarkable pics..i love them. My omnia hd takes the 8mp crown. No test required. And no, i'm not eldar murtazin. Lol. |

Nokia would have to have a really bad case of butter fingers if they should mess up the camera in the N8 so badly that it couldn't shoot the same quality as in the samples posted so far. But then again, that wouldn't be the first time...

Of course you aren't. What gave you away? That you didn't shower Nokia with glowing praise.

Seeing that the thread reads 'so far' I pick the flop (in terms of sales and availability) that is the Pixon12. The Nokia is not available so it doesn't feature in my opinion. It has potential based on those early pictures provided by Nokia not doubt
If Iwere to break it down to the megapixel range it would look like this SO FAR:
2mp- K750
3mp: K800
5mp: Elm, the N82 was king at launch then came the Moto ZN5.
8mp: Vivaz, the Omnia HD is good but not quite at the level of the Vivaz while the N85 was king on release but not anymore though in low light conditions it remains the better option.
It's not what you do or even how you do it but in what state of mind you do it: Dups! 2009 |

Perhaps you meant was the N86. N85 was only 5mp |
