I have lots of application in my phone and sony ericsson sorts them in alphabetical order. I want my fav applets and frequently used applets on top. This could have been done if I was able to change applet name which is possible in Samsung phones.
Eg - I wanna change name of Opera Mini into Apple Mini to bring it in top.
Is it possible ?

Yes it's possible with WinRAR.

1. Open *.jar file with WinRAR
2. Go to folder META-INF
3. Extract MANIFEST.MF and then open with Notepad.
4. And see this line: MIDlet-Name: Opera Mini

Rename on what you want - in your case: Apple Mini => MIDlet-Name: Apple Mini and save file (MANIFEST.MF)

5. Delete original MANIFEST.MF from archive and add to archive the new file MANIFEST.MF
6. Send to phone via Bluetooth or USB cable and install application.
