in software there's none except for some greenheart exclusive themes and additional apps i think
in hardware there is, c901 greenheart is made of mostly recycled plastic including the greenheart exclusive MH300 headset w/c is 100% recycled plastic
in apperance, greenheart c901 has only 1 color which is ocean white, while c901 non greenheart has noble black and sincere silver

Yeah and theres also the Precious peach color.
C901 greenheart is painted using 'water-born™' paint which is more eco-friendly than the chemical based version on most phones.
I remember looking at specs of each phone, there is a small difference in the amount of internal memory they have but apart from that they are the same phone
