Got a problem with my Elm, if I go to a heavy news site about 300kb total load, or most other sites too. The default browser keep loooooooooooooading for a long time.
If I go to the same site with Opera Mini, the site loads in just a few seconds.
How come its like this?

I got between 20-90% reception, really disturbing, 100% if a flip the phone upside down since the chit antenna in in the bottom..
But no matter what, everything runs really smooth with opera. But not the standard browser..
And why doesn't the browser stay in standby mode when you minimize it with the phones "task manager?
Can't really recall my other old SE phones had any of this problems - with full reception..

Elm is a new model and it's software isn't very good, it still has many bugs.
Wait for the next update, I believe it will fix this and all other problems (horizontal lines an low light photos etc.)
Try to update your software with Sony Ericsson Update Service.
I don't think you can do anything else right now...

It does not have THAT many bugs but I will say this that the thing I do not like about some Java from is their internal browsers are so slow but I rarely use them I use Opera. The network portals are rubbish anyway. I have always disliked the browsers slow & the new Elm one is not user friendly at all since they upgraded the A200 again

Dude! Opera Mini uses their own servers to compress the data and send back to the browser, that's why it's so fast and low data consuming
