Can anyone point me in the right direction for buying a new memory card online. I want a 16 giga byte micro SD & s far the cheapest I have seen is Play.com for £27 but it's not a brand I know & trust. I just wonder if anyone has used a Play.com memory card? Are they any good for speeds? Are they reliable? Thanks.

infact Sandisk are probably the most well known... surely?

I don't think I've ever owned a different brand sd/micro sd although I used to own lexar compact flashes and lexar and sony memory sticks

btw, they're £25.95 + £2.20 postage at Amazon. Its a marketplace seller but with a fairly high feedback

pixmania are fast earning a very bad reputation. you only have to read forums like hotukdeals, avforums and others to see the negatives about pixmania, so take care with that one

Thanks for the replies. I went for the Amazon one cheers Mass. There are some on Play.com with their name on and i wonder who actually makes them. Also another unknown one on Play.com is PNY micro sd cards and i did not really wanna buy that. Some reviewers suggest that errors playing music happens on cheaper cards but then again they are not really that much cheaper only by a few quid. I shall bare that in mind for future and look up these sites.

Oh no i cannot believe that its too late now. Great price. By the way my memory card arrived this morning i was shocked i thought it would take ages through Royal Mail but it came in a van. Surprised something so tiny. But am pleased now cos i got big enough memory for all my music plus space for more photos and music. 8 gig is no longer enough.
