Hi all,

I received a replacement handset for my defective Vivaz and I noticed that the new one has some strange looking screws at the back.

In particular, all screws are hexagon ones (expected) but two of them are typical screws with a cross (circled ones in th attached picture). This may mean that my replacement handset is a repaired one and not brand new.

Could you please check and tell me if your handsets are similar to mine.

Thanks in advance
Al
