QUick question, when you zoom in all the way and turn on Macro, what is the highest megapixel you can get? I ask this question because my current W960 automatically changes to VGA if I zoom in 3x, and not 2MP. Is this the same for the Satio? How much MP can I get if I zoom in all the way?

I'm thinking about buying this phone, so I need some information about it.

Digital Zoom not worthwhile, anyway it able to use zoom feature at 12mp but your picture might not get best performance and get into pixel.

This is exactly what "digital zoom" is: Instead of taking the photo with 12 Mpixel resolution and then zoom in and crop the image on the computer with a picture editing program, the camera does it for you, leaving a part of the image from the center of the sensor area, with vga resolution.

Hm, but I want to zoom in using the Satio, take a 12mp shot, and then put it on a pc without any VGA.

Not take a 12mp shot, zoom it in on the pc, and then crop it out.

Is there way to just zoom in all the way, take the shot in 12mp or something similar, and just putting it on a pc without it autmatically changing it to vga after I zoom in?

no buddy, the only way to do that is with an optical zoom lens, which the Satio doesn't have.

See these links for clarification:
