Alrighty then - Since I wasn't sure how to post the pics on this forum, (I'll figure it out sooner or later), here is the URL of the picture storage site that has a couple of my first attempts at Sony Ericsson c902 phone/camera photographs.

http://www.DIGITALPICTURES.SonyEricssonc902.photoshare.co.nz

There are 6 pictures there. While they have been taken with all Auto settings on the c902, I have to state that they have been post processed in Photoshop. Not much actually, resized, cropped, maybe a little contrast, etc., nothing major. I live in a rural Nebraska town of just over 7,000 population, so the subjects on photos are, as you can guess, very limited.

I don't wish to get into a debate on this forum about post processing vs no post processing. I spent a great deal of my career as an Art Director for a large Chicago advertising agency, after spending years as a photographer's apprentice, then as a photographer, so, I have my own built in set of beliefs about photography.

This pictures found at the above URL were specifically taken with the c902 for particular reasons. I wanted to see how the camera performed in: Long Shots, Close Ups, and ECU (Extreme Close ups/Macro). Since a detail of a leaf on a Close Up of a tree might contain several pixels, the same leaf on the same tree with a Long Shot will be lost. eg Comparing the Long Shot of the "Frenchman Valley Grain Elevator" with the detail of the "Scrabble" photo.

Any comments will be appreciated.

Regards,
