anyone have a problem with video recorded on the phone stuttering, don't know at this point if it's the play back or recording or both but recently recorded video does not play back smothly on the phone |

Haven't used video recording since updating to the latest firmware. Just done a quick test in WVGA and VGA and the stuttering is awful when captured to the memory card but seems OK when saved to phone memory.
What happened? I don't remember there being a problem with the previous firmware! |

It's SE... they fix a minor bug, they add a major one. Thats how things go with them. So relax. It will be fixed "soon".

I don't think there is a setting in the camera/video app (at least not one I've found). To test if it was writing data to the card that was the problem I removed the memory card to force it to use the phone memory. Not worth doing under normal conditions though as there's only enough on board storage for about a minute of video.
