The boot logo is made up 30 different pictures and looks simple enough to change 
Load Dalvik Debug > File Explorer
System > SEMC > Startupshow > Default
startupshow_00 to startupshow_29
I've also extracted the Timescape.apx and Moxiermail.apk from the phone as well.

Great work, but for us with this?
Unable root, this is impossible to change.
So it seems very nice and appreciated the information but unfortunately it seems impossible to obtain root.

You can change the files without the need to root.

I can't push file to device? no matter how I try...
