I've googled for this error but can't find anything. I hope someone here can help me. The problem is that whenever I call someone or the other way round, the sound is very very low and I've to turn on speakers to talk to the person. The sound is ok when I listen to music or radio.
I've updated the software as well but to no avail.
Can someone please tell me what should I do to get rid of this problemo?

Maybe you can try different acoustics. The problem has been there since day 1?

You better check what's in the earpiece. Maybe it has some dust or something in its way.
