I have a new iPhone 3Gs with 3.1.3 firmware on it. My previous iPhone froze & after trying to fix via a restore [having no luck] I went to Apple & they replaced it with a new one.
This iPhone is new from Apple & not refurbished [I asked the genius guy specifically this question]. I have the box, charger & ear buds but they are all slightly used. This phone is under warranty until November 2010 [from original date of original iPhone purchase]. I will also show you the paper from Apple [& gve you a copy] that mentions the warranty status & that I pick up this new phone Monday, May 24, 2010.
I am selling a new iPhone 3GS, Black, 32GB.
* the iPhone is unsealed but still has Apple's screen/back cover on it. The phone was only used to make a call to 611 by the genius bar guy at the Apple store but it is completely virgin otherwise.
* All original accessories included in the box [power adapter, USB cable, headphones].
* 3.1.3 software/firmware.
* This is not a refurbished device! Received directly from Apple.
* The iphone is still under original Apple Warranty [through November 2010]!.
Will also include:
* iPhone specific car charger that also has an extra usb port. I will thrown in & extra iPhone cable so you can charge an second iPhone or iPod touch in your car.
* Two screen protectors [use one now & have one as a backup].
* A thin case in black that I will include.
* Can also jailbreak it for you if you want.

I was using my iPhone on at&t but I was not expecting to sell it with my contract but I can. I am on it until June 19, 2011 [13 months left]
The 3GS has tri-band UMTS/HSDPA (850, 1900, 2100 MHz) and quadband GSM/EDGE (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz) so you can use it outside the US too.

Ah I get it, so it will only work with an AT&T sim unless unlocked..

@SE-Naz, correct and as of now I do not know of any unlock for 3.1.3. Screw me I know as my previous iPhone that broke was unlocked and running 3.1.2 firmware.

There is no unlocking solution for 3.1.3 as of yet... it may be available after the new iPhone is released or when 4.0 software is released...
Only way is if your network provider will do it...
