T200, can't make my own melodies!!! |

hello!
I just got a sony-ericsson T200. everything normal so far. the phone is great. BUT, in it's manual it says this: to compose or edit a ring signal go to settings-sounds&alerts-my melodie.hit yes, select one of the melodies, hit yes, pres C to remove notes.
I do all of those things, but when I select any melody by presing yes, I don't see any notes at all. all I see above is SENDING MELODY, number: and the option to choose one.
how can I edit my melodies? is there any other way as this way is not working? can you tell me why it is not working?

Try deleting the melody first,they are all the same toon anyway,all 8 of them :-)

i hv a client hu complaind d same problem, i guess its a software thing dt we need to w8 from SE. all t200 stocks dt i hv has d same compose prob

yes, deleting them solved my problem. this was not included in the manual, and I start deleting them as I was angry. can't use them, why have them? this is a big minus for S-E.

@kaytee69,i bought my mum one for xmas and had the same problem,took a while to sort it out but got there in the end,nice little phone is the t200,and at a good price too 
If nobody wants it.. put it on eBay. |

I got it fot 80$. and it's great indeed. the bat lasts a whole week. |
