Everytime I try to install a java application on my wife's k800i I get the message 'operation failed'. I am sure I am doing things correctly because I do the same thing with my c902 and it works fine. Any ideas?

1. Flash Main, File System and CDA.
2. Set Windows to show hidden files/folders, connect phone in mass storage mode, open Phone card > System > ams -> delete all files/folders.
