I have a c905 and my select buton is not working. When I plug in my data cable a list of options is shown. This does me no good because my select button is not working.
Using a2uploader... 1. How do I change the setting so when I plug in my data cable it automatically selects phone mode?
2. How do I change one of the camera buttons on the top of the LCD to act as the "select" button?

I don't know about the rest but have you tried using numbers for selecting the option when you plug in the cable?

I tried pressing 1, 2, 3, etc and it didn't work... |

Did you turn your phone off when using A2 Uploader?

If I plug in the data cable with my phone off, the phone defaults to mass storage mode... I am looking for detailed instructions for a2uploader. Does anyone know a good website or forum that deals specifically with a2uploader? I have had no luck with google. |

There is a tutorial here in the software section.
Phone off, Start A2, press and hold c or 2+5 (phone), plug cable, and you are in.

Install A2 Uploader with GG setup
Install GG Setup
Open A2 Uploader
Turn phone off
Remove and re-insert battery
Make sure your phone's usb data cable is connected to your computer
Click "file system tool" button in A2 uploader
Hold C on your phone
Whilst holding the C key, connect the usb data cable to your phone
Keep holding C until the program loads a list on the right hand side of A2 Uploader
If holding C doesn't work then hold keys 2 and 5 whilst connecting the cable to your phone.
