Which phone for me? |

Hi guys, Long time reader, first time poster I seem to be having a hard time choosing my next upgrade. I cant seem to split from se after having started with a t610 to w810(still going strong) and c902, though recently I gave in to the touchscreen sensation and purchased a Vivaz. Perhaps I am old fashioned but after 2 weeks of use, I could not get use to the touch screen feel, I think the evil symbian system may be the problem but Ive decided to go back to the true mobile phone feel.
Ive narrowed it down to the w995 & c901, Im aware the c901 has a better cam, while the w995 is stronger in the music department. I just need a phone that is well built, stable software (no random shutdowns. freezes during video playback) & a joy to use (text messaging, fast os). Which phone out of the 2 would be a better upgrade for me coming from my dead c902?
Any input would be greatly appreciated. |

I would go with the C901 since the W995 is too bulky for my taste. Also, the C901 is cheaper I'm sure and has the active lens cover. Btw, I don't like sliders; there's a few more things that may go wrong than in a candy-bar phone. Have you considered the Elm and Hazel as viable alternatives as well? |

Out of the two i'd get 995. For music.
Please, take another look at Elm and Hazel!

I'd get an Elm, but out of those two the W995 as it is a bit different from your C902. The C901 is basically the same phone which could get a little boring. Also alround the W995 is better with it's fabulous sound, pretty good cam and nice alu build

I think W995 is much better phone all round, compared to C901 it has WiFi, GPS, 3,5mm jack, music buttons, bigger screen, two speakers and so on... I don't really think there's much difference when it comes to music since acoustic drivers can easily be changed in C901, most likely you'll change them in W995 also

Thanks for the input guys, a friend recently purchased the Elm & I don't want to sound shallow but the Elms & Hazels looks just don't do it for me at all. Music is not important for me, though I can see how the c901 wouldn't be too much of a big upgrade coming from a c902. The w995 seems like the better overall package though it would also be my first slider phone, which I am worried about..How has your se slider phone experiences been?

I've used W850i, W995, Aino & W715i, had not any big issues with wobbling or something like that. Enjoyed having slide phones |
