this is becoming an annoyance now!!

when the phone rings, it shows up the caller for a second then the screen goes into 'screensaver mode', blank. you cannot see who's calling. it is very annoying as sometimes you dont want to answer the phone to withheld numbers. therefore i have to answer every call not knowing who it is.

does anybody else have this problem? btw, i havent done an update since january! do this could have been fixed for all i know

cheers in advance

try to update it. I have never experienced that problem... maybe the proximity sensor is covered (on the left side of the speaker, under the blinking led). Try an update.

There has been an update for the Satio since January. Mine has never had this type of problem though but it could be down to a faulty proximity sensor (top left next to the earpiece. Located below the status light). Or have you got something covering it up.

that is exactly your problem, also when using a case it will interfere with the camera lens and give you a mist like effect caused by light being reflected back onto the lens, all you need is a screen protector....dump the case
