Thru what browser? 
Built-in browser usually ang good pang-upload ng jar files for S40, if u want to upload thy jar files, labas mu mga apps mo from folders ng memory card, i mean lipat mo lang apps sa mismong memory card(if meron), or sa images, graphics, themes at iba pang folders ng fone memory mo. Then go now to ur desired site where u want to upload those jar files, if napuntahan mu na, then click the box & it will redirect u to gallery to choose a file to upload. After choosing, click the "Upload" button at mauupload na, pag nag error, retry mo lang, yan lang ginagawa ko eh, jiji! ;D
