I'm pretty surprised that certain popular apps are not available for s60v5.
one that particularly comes to mind is YELP (for such a popular and practical app, it seems like we symbianv5's got skipped altogether)....another that I like it rockband, it's pretty fun 
Majority of my friends all have Iphone and their apps/games are great and practical, of high quality and are no BS. I feel so shafted. |

A free GPS with no internet connection necessary, like Ovi Maps, i know that it can be installed but i donīt want to hack my phone....

i havent looked but can you get shazam and the sky sports centre app that the iphone has? |

Shazam - yes. Sky Sports Centre - no. Though there is a Sky Sports app available if you download and use HipLogic. |

tho i dont own any symbian phone anymore. unless Nokia can come up with something good S3 to me is not an upgrade just a polish of S1...

hi whats hiplogic? and where is the shazam app? when i go to their site, it doesnt give a symbian option.

Will shazam work on the P1i UIQ?
Im also looking for the facebook app so that when i update my status on fb it reads "sent via facebook for Sony Erisson" just like the blackberry |
