Audio/Music Equilizer for X10 |

I just traded in my iphone 3G for Xperia X-10. Over all its a very good phone except that mediascape's audio player is one of the worse I have ever seen in a cell phone (I miss my iphone's IPod). Is there any application that can add audio equalizer to X-10 and also boost the sound(make it louder)?
While we are at it, is it ok to upgrade the x10's firmware/os/software? My X10 is sim-free (factory unlocked). Can it get blocked like IPhone if I attempt an upgrade? |

You have to search for Audio Player WithEQ Platinum for Android.

There is a free version, I have it and it works very well, in the market you have it
