Does the t68 have a set unchangeable 256 colour pallete, or can the colours be selected from a 24bit pallete?

Many thanks.

I believe the screen can only support 256 colours, so without changing the hardware it would be useless to change the colour palette so i guess you cant

I know it can only display 256 colours at a time, I just wondered if those 256 colours where set in the hardware of the phone, or whether they could be vairied.
What made me curious is that the 'mypictures' software seems to allow a full 24bit pallete

The web-safe palette is not 256 colors, only 216 I believe.

To find out which colors T-68 use, you can do this :

E.g. If you use Photoshop:

1) Import a picture to the MyPictures application, push "color dither" button, and export it as a GIF.

2) Open it in Photoshop and save its colour table/palette.

Then when you're working with a new image you can select this colour table.
